Ordinary Kodály Australia membership starts at $70 a year.
It is cheaper to become a Kodály Australia member first and then book for the conference.
If you are a school who would like to register multiple teachers, look at Kodály Australia Associate (Corporate) Membership to get a great deal on membership!
Please note: Associate (Corporate) Membership entitles you to two registrations at the member rate.

- Four Day Conference Livestream of the main conference room

On-line attendees can join and interact LIVE with all keynotes and a number of selected sessions being streamed by Music EDnet TV.
Recordings will also be available to access after the event.

Everyone will receive a copy of the Quick Guide at registration.
This contains on-hand information including:
- Timetable
- Plan your conference timetable
- Special deals from our traders and sponsors
- Concert program
- Conference choir music
- Emergency information
The Quick Guide DOES NOT include full printed notes.
- Complete Conference Handbook – Comprehensive Print Edition
This contains all the above as well as all printed notes like handbooks from previous conferences.
The Complete Conference Handbook must be pre-ordered, and costs $40 (plus booking fees) to collect at the conference. Handbooks will not be posted.

Digital options

All delegates will receive a digital copy of the handbook.

All delegates will be able to download individual session notes as required for up to 6 months after the conference.
Please note: there will be no printing facilities onsite
To work out your Musicianship level use the following self assessment Musicianship Level sheet.
These levels correspond with the Australian Kodály Certificate Musicianship levels.
Musicians new to using solfa are encouraged to select Musicianship level 4. Educators with limited musicianship and theory training are encouraged to enrol in level 1.
We only ask an indication of your anticipated level of Musicianship to assist with programming. You can change which level you attend at the conference.

Cancellations by You and Refunds
- You may cancel your registration if desired. All cancellations must be notified by email to conference@kodaly.org.au
- A $50 administration fee will be held from all cancellations.
- Humanitix Booking Fees are non-refundable at any time.
- The membership portion of the non-member registration rate is non-refundable at any time.
- You will receive a refund of 100% (less admin, booking fees & membership) if you cancel your registration before 1 August 2024.
- You will receive a refund of 75% (less admin, booking fees & membership) if you cancel your registration between 1 August 2024 and 31 August 2024 inclusive.
- You will receive a refund of 50% (less admin, booking fees & membership) if you cancel your registration between 1 September 2024 and 8 September 2024 inclusive.
- No refunds are issued if you cancel your registration after 8 September 2024. No administration fee is payable in this circumstance.
