Joel Copeland is a passionate and accomplished educational leader with a strong foundation in the arts and a commitment to equity and excellence in education. As Principal of the ACT Instrumental Music Program, Joel leads system-wide strategies that create inclusive and high-quality opportunities for students across the territory. A nationally certified Lead Teacher, HALT assessor, and lecturer in the Australian Kodály Certificate, he brings deep expertise in curriculum, pedagogy, and leadership to support both student achievement and teacher growth.
