Making our conference accessible and inclusive for all
If you have any questions/concerns regarding your ability to access the conference and all materials, please email accessibility@kodalyvic.org.au
If you have registered an accessibility need you will have already been contacted by our accessibility officer (Ebony). Ebony will be available, on-site, throughout the conference to assist all participants (including those who did not register specific support needs) to access and enjoy the conference to the fullest.
- Dietary requirements will be catered for separately. If you have registered a dietary requirement, we will inform you during registration of where you can find your meals.
- A low-impact/quiet space will be available throughout the conference for anyone who needs it.
- There are accessible and gender-neutral toilets available and signed.
- Participants can elect to have their pronouns printed on their nametag.
